The following Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by Dudubags to you through the English section of the Dudubags.com website. Use of the website to buy merchandise indicates agreement to follow, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Product availability is indicated in the product detail page. There are different levels of availability:

Product available: you can order it and soon it will come to your door.

Product not available because the product is not in stock: if you want to be informed when it again becomes available, enter your email address to be notified when the product returns to the catalogue.

All orders are subject to email confirmation by Dudubags. Please note that the products shown on the website may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. While we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the colours you see will depend upon your monitor and may not be accurate.

You can check order details and the status of your order at any moment within the dedicated customer section of the Dudubags.com website.

2. PRICES

All prices are in Euros. Prices may change without notice.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products bought on the Dudubags.com website as specified in your order confirmation.

4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

Delivery is deemed complete and title to the product passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

6. BINDING AGREEMENT

The order confirmation by Dudubags, these Terms and Conditions of Sale and other Site Policies are the final agreement between you and Dudubags regarding matters contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.

The terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy govern the processing of all personal data collected for purchase of products through the Dudubags.com website.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Dudubags will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Return Policy and returns

Dudubags wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on this website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back, please make sure that all the following conditions have been met.

The product you wish to return:

- Can be sent back only after you have first fill in the return practice. You have to login and then click on Manage returns; if you are not a registered user fill the form at this link;

- Must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received;

- Must have all labels and tags still attached and intact;

- Must be returned complete with all parts and accessories;

- Must be sent in its original packaging;

- Must be shipped back to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of request the return of your merchandise;

- Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned together.

If all of these conditions are met, dudubags will refund the value of the returned product(s) minus any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above. If you are not entitled to a refund, within seven (7) days of notification you may request that the merchandise be returned to you at your own expense, and in the condition in which it was received by the dudubags warehouse.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within the thirty (30) day period, you authorize dudubags and any of its affiliates or agents to dispose of the merchandise as it sees fit.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Depending on the refund policy of the credit card, your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return, or two months for payments made by debit card. To avoid interest charges to your account, please make sure that the credit date coincides with the original debit date. PRODUCTS DESIGNATED AS NONRETURNABLE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

COURIER

You can ship your return by courier or by other tracked shipping. You must send the return at your expense, using the courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returns that you ship.

Returns and Refunds

How to make a return

You may return any unused products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Carefully pack the items and return them in the original product box; it is important that the products are not damaged or used.

Returns received after the valid period or that do not meet the specified conditions will not be accepted.

Please be advised that we will not provide any form of refund or exchange on personalised products.

How to do it:

1 - Fill in the return form

Did you place your order as a registered user? Log in here.
Select "Manage returns" and open the return procedure, indicating the items you wish to return.

Did you place your order as a non-registered user? Click this link.
Enter your email and order number and select the items you wish to return.

We will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the return.

2 - Prepare the package

Place the product(s) in the original product box and make sure the package is well sealed before delivering it.

3 - Delivery of the return

The delivery of your return is at your expense and you can send it with a courier of your choice. We recommend you to use a traceable shipment to avoid shipping issues. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your return(s).

4 - Get a refund

After receiving and checking your return, you will receive an email with the confirmation of receipt of the package and we will refund you. Refund will be done within 7 working days from your package delivery.

Did you pay by credit/debit card?

You will receive the amount of the returned items directly to the card you used. The timing depends on the card company.

Did you pay bank transfer?

You will receive an e-mail from returns@dudubags.com, indicating the number of the return procedure and asking you your bank account reference number. The refund will be made to the bank account you will indicate.

Shipping times and costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the total weight of the products ordered. You can see the exact shipping cost before you complete your order.
Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Payment and delivery methods

If you choose to pay by PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, the shipment will be faster.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will be shipped after we receive the payment and shipping times could be delayed.

according to EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (“General Data Protection Regulation", hereinafter "Privacy Regulation", to which full reference is made) and Legislative Decree No.196/2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data", hereinafter "Privacy Code") and any subsequent amendments, DUDUBAGS SRL hereby expressly informs you that all personal data you provide will be processed in the manner established therein. In particular, we inform you of the following:

a) Purpose of the processing

This document is a notice that clarifies the modalities of the processing of your personal data by DUDUBAGS SRL.

The personal data processed by the company will exclusively be the following: personal data/identification (name, surname, age (at least 16 years of age), sex, date of birth and social security number, if the data subject is a natural person; , tax code, VAT number and name, surname and tax code of the legal representative pro tempore, if the data subject is not a natural person), contact details (residential address/registered office, email address/certified email address, telephone/mobile number/fax number), IP address.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, at checkout we may transmit your personal data to Klarna in the form of contact details and order details so Klarna can assess your suitability for their payment methods and customize them. Your personal data transferred is treated in line with Klarna's privacy policy.

We anticipate that hereinafter, for the proper execution of the assignment, it may be necessary to periodically update the aforementioned personal data, which will be requested in due time and for which you will be asked to provide your consent.

Finally, we inform you that, in case you are a minor of 16 years of age, consent to the processing of your data could be validly provided only by someone with parental authority against you or otherwise your legal guardian. If this is does not occur, we will not be able to process your data and therefore provide the requested service.

b) Legal basis and purpose of the processing

DUDUBAGS SRL will collect the personal data described above exclusively for the following purposes: to comply with the obligations imposed by Italian law or European Union law (for example, those of an accounting and tax nature, anti-money laundering control, etc.); fulfil the obligations and exercise the rights deriving from the purchase agreements made through the website www.dudubags.com (for example, performing the delivery of purchased goods, handling requests for assistance on products sold, exercising the right to payment of the price, etc.); communicate with you; improve the service provided through the website www.dudubags.com; send you our advertising, defined according to your interests in relation to products and services that may be of interest to you.

DUDUBAGS SRL hereby expressly informs you that the provision of your data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes deriving from legal obligations and/or from the purchase agreement, whereas it is optional for purposes other than them: nevertheless, your refusal to provide the requested data could (totally or partially) prevent DUDUBAGS SRL from providing the requested service.

The personal data that we collect will be those provided by you when completing the purchase order on the website www.dudubags.com and/or through the subscription to the newsletter service provided through the same website.

Furthermore, we will collect some data (specified in section”i - Cookie policy”) through our Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Pinterest pages. For any information in this regard, please refer to the appropriate information that may be accessed here.

d) Processing method

Your personal data will be processed either with paper documents or with IT tools owned and/or available to DUDUBAGS SRL and its external collaborators.

If it is necessary, even for internal purposes, to store your personal data in our computer system or that of our external collaborators, they will be stored, filed and managed using adequately protected computer media, in order to ensure full security, until the processing ends.

e) Duration of retention of personal data

The personal data collected will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described above, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 5.1 lett. e) of the Privacy Regulation, after which they will be deleted from each file owned and/or available to DUDUBAGS SRL and/or its external collaborators.

In any case, the personal data collected will be kept for a period of no more than 10 years from the time they are granted.

You are hereby informed that that these subjects will act under the management of the Data Controller and are bound by the confidentiality of personal data collected, either on the basis of an internal regulation or by virtue of the legal and contractual provisions deriving from the employment relationship.

h) Personal data recipients

Your personal data (collected in any manner whatsoever) will be processed by the Data Controller, by the subjects appointed by it (as defined in the previous section), as well as by the following third parties:

file a complaint to a supervisory authority of the EU Member State where you live, work, or the place where the alleged violation has occurred (Articles 13 and 77 of the Privacy Regulation).
